Pulipaka, Sudhakar & Hemeletha

Sudhakar was born into a Christian family in a small village in India. Because of his background, he grew up believing he was a good Christian. In 1984 he decided to join the Indian army. His father disapproved and told Sudhakar he wanted him to go to Bible school instead, which made Sudhakar angry. A few days later Sudhakar’s teacher gave him an application for a Teen Missions team. He agreed to go to Teen Missions to get away from his father and see a new part of India. The Teen Missions team completely changed his life. He realized his need for Jesus, became a true Christian and applied for a Bible college.
After graduating, Sudhakar began serving with Metropolitan Missions as an associate pastor and office manager. On June 6, 1996 he married Hemeletha, who was a teacher in a government school. Together they served with Metropolitan Missions for several years until the Lord led them to join Teen Missions in 2000. Since joining staff they have become base coordinators. Each year they run two Boot Camps and a BIBLE, MISSIONARY & WORK (BMW) Training Center. They have one son, Sunny.
