Pocket-Sized Memory Verse Cards
Memorizing Scripture is an effective and important aspect of every Teen Missions trip. Summer missionaries learn new Bible memory verses each day for 33 days and review what they’ve learned during team quizzing each weekend and at Debrief.For over 50 years, each Teen Missions team member worldwide has memorized a uniform set of 40 verses in the King James Version. This set of verses provided each Former Team Member with a common experience and training to take away from their trip regardless of where they started or where they went. Starting in 2025, these 40 verses have been modified to 3 sets of 33 verses in the English Standard Version that rotate through the program every three years. Although the original set of 40 is no longer a resource Teen Missions employs on summer trips, it is still available now for download as the Legacy Verse Packet - for anyone who wants to join so many thousands of teenagers worldwide who are hiding God's Word in their hearts.
The verse set used each year will be available on each Team Member's dashboard, once their registration is complete, in order to get a head start on their memory work.
