Teen Missions full-time staff Missionaries are all self-supported and come from a wide variety of backgrounds for the purpose of mobilizing and discipling youth with a focus on spiritual growth and missionary vision for what God is doing around the world in His harvest. There is basically no skill set that isn’t needed or useful in missions in general and at Teen Missions in particular.
