When I was nine I got saved. I don’t have one of those epic redemptive testimonies, like the guy that spoke at youth rallies. I remember accepting Christ in my sister’s room in our basement. There are no windows down there and you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face even if you wanted to. She started talking about heaven and hell and Jesus. Now, I grew up in a Christian family, but all I really knew about Jesus was that He wanted me to be good and listen to my parents. My sister explained to me in great detail about hell. She explained that by accepting Christ as my Savior and following Him I could be saved and go to heaven. So I did, and hear I am.
