The team is doing well and settling into our life here in NIcaragua. We are staying with a wonderful pastor and his family. We had the opportunity to share puppets and music at a children´s Sunday School this past Sunday. The team really enjoyed their time with the kids. We made balloons and played duck, duck with them with a few modifications because no one knew the Spanish words for duck or goose. We are starting to overcome the language barrier a little, but communication is always challenging. Sunday afternoon we passed out tracts with a local pastor and invited people in the community to his church. It was a great experience to walk the streets and greet the neighbors. We shared in song at the service and perfomed a skit. We are looking forward to Laura sharing in devotions to night and Amos will share tomorrow. We are busy pouring concrete on the work project and laying blocks (which weigh 100 pounds each!!). The weather has been nice and breezy with some rain. Everyone is doing well and we have had little homesickness. The teams wants to say ¨hey¨to their families back home. Buenos Dias from Nicaragua!
