Australian Easterfest which is a Gospel music festival with 35,000 + people attending. They supervised a mini OC and Sumo wrestling and gave away about 1500 free slushies (they had to run the OC first to get the slushy). They gave out about 2000 brochures and talked to a lot of people who came through the tent about coming on summer teams. So far we have 6 registrations for the Australia Boot Camp from the Easter effort.

Four of the BIBLE, MISSIONARY & WORK Training Center students are starting Religious Education in the Cooroy State Primary School on Wednesday afternoons. Erica and Sam will co-teach two grade 3 classes (8yr olds), Julia will teach two grade 4 classes (9yr olds) and Jo will teach one grade 7 class (12yr olds) and then help Julia with her second class. Rena Reilly will be taking them, supervising their progress and outreach and also teaching RE. The other 2 students:Elise is co-teaching a Bible study in her local church Buderim Lutheran along with the Youth Pastor’s wife.Samuel is working with the Salvation Army in their “John’s Landing” outreach that has planted a church/Sunday School in the local area among an un-churched alternate-lifestyle community.
