Honduras back at base

This week we finished the latrine in the last village! We were also able to go on the horses to share the gospel with a family and give a presentation at the school before we left. Thursday morning we packed up and headed out by way of horse, canoe, and vans. We arrived in the capital city of Tegucigalpa at about 9 p.m. What a day! Friday morning we were able to give presentations to a middle school and high school before heading back to the base. We arrived back at 6:30 p.m., praise the Lord safe and sound! Saturday the team was able to wash some clothes and get cleaned up and in the afternoon they gave a presentation at the high school where the Honduras Bible school students have had their ministry for the last few years. Today we went to church in the morning and the team shared a few of their songs and Chico preached another powerful sermon. We will be packing up and getting ready to travel back to the States for Debrief. Thank you for your prayers.

  1. It sounds like God is doing an amazing job through you guys and gals. Enjoying the last few days in Honduras. As much as coming home ASAP might sound like fun, the blessings you recieved from being there will be missed. Remember to dedicated your devotions on thanking the Lord for this summer.

“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
