2010 India Missions TripDates: June 9 – July 28 — Work/Evangelism

Come to the exotic and compelling land of India, the second largest populous country in the world!

After completion of your training at the Lord’s Boot Camp in Merritt IslandFlorida, you will be commissioned and begin your journey halfway around the world! Your adventure begins at the Orlando International Airport where you board a flight to JFK International Airport in New York. From New York, connecting flights take you across the Atlantic Ocean to BrusselsBelgium and on to Chennai (formerly known as Madras) and Hyderabad, India.

From Hyderabad you bus to the Teen Missions in India Bible, Missionary & Work (BMW) Training Center located in Vijayawada, AndhraPradesh.

You begin your ministry alongside the BMW students, sharing the Gospel in village Bible clubs through dramas, puppets, singing and presentations, and planting fruit-bearing trees that will benefit many. The team will be housed in classrooms, and showers are available. Laundry will be done using your buckets.

As the summer comes to an end, you travel by train to Agra to see the TajMahal. Souvenirs such as handmade articles of wood, brass, leather marble and embroidered hand-spun fabrics, are some of the items to be purchased while shopping in the markets.

  2. Hello! I sponsor a child in an orphanage in Hyderbad. If I went on this trip would I be allowed to go see him?

  10. I would recommend this trip! This past summer I was in Nepal and also in India and it was awesome! This project is great because my teammates and I could not get over the trash and pollution there. You will really be able to reveal the glory of God to these people by helping the enviroment. They will notice it:)
