Come serve the Lord on a mission trip to one of the poorest countries in the world, Cambodia. You will be blessed by the opportunity to be a shining light in this dark country. After training at the Lord’s Boot Camp, your journey begins with a flight from the OrlandoInternationalAirport to LosAngeles. From Los Angeles a connecting flight takes you across the PacificOcean and the InternationalDateLine to SiemReap, Cambodia via Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Taipei, Taiwan.

Teen Mission Trip to Cambodia South East Asia 2012


You will travel by truck eight hours to Kompong Chhnang where Teen Missions in Cambodia runs their Boot Camp. After getting settled into your tents, you begin teaching classes to national teens preparing for the mission field. After the national commissioning your team will begin a new project using soccer outreach in nearby villages to share the Good News alongside a Cambodian team. When your project time is completed, you return to the Teen Missions in Cambodia Bible, Missionary & Work Training Center in Siem Reap, by boat on Tonele Sap Lake.

An exciting day of sightseeing awaits at the ancient temples of Angkor Wat built in the 12th century. You may have an opportunity to ride an elephant around the temple complex, before shopping for local souvenirs at the shops. You will then fly to Yangon, Myanmar and have the chance to visit this beautiful country that is beginning to open its doors.

Project Expense: $5190 U.S. plus $30 Registration Fee

  1. Also, if this is a soccer outreach, are boots still required all the time? It seems impractical to play in big 6-inch boots.

    • Steven, We are still working out those logistics and will let you know in the spring. However, many teams have played soccer in boots without a problem.

  2. This is one trip I’m interested in, as it includes my two favorite things- spreading Christ’s love and soccer! How does the”soccer outreach” program work?

    • Jacob, Teams are filled on first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you sign up, the better chance you have of getting your first choice.

  11. Which mission trip will stop by Hong Kong on returning to US next year? Cambodia team stays one day in HK this year. thanks

    • Nancy, If a team is going through Hong Kong, Hong Kong will be in the title. Philippines is one team that will be traveling through Hong Kong.
