Leaders called in report 7/25:

The work is progressing well. The team has completed the footer and is leveling the ground around it. They have begun to dig the hole for the septic. We are waiting for the blocks to arrive so we can begin laying the block walls. The team has enjoyed 14 staff from the Sosok base helping out with the construction. It has been such a blessing fellowshipping with them, sharing meals together, learning some of the cultural differences and words in their language and doing ministry together on Sundays at church. The weather has been dry and hot with a cool breeze for the past week. We are praying for rain since the rain should bring cooler temperatures.

A stomach bug has been going through the team, so please pray for good health and that we would do our best to accomplish much. The team has enjoyed the testimonies during devotions from Gus, Jacob, Madison, Reagan and Joy. We will try to send pictures as soon as we can get to the internet here. Nine days are left so we are concentrating on finishing as much as we can of the work project. The team received a whole lot of mail and was encouraged. We all send our love home.

  1. Keep up the good work. I am praying for all of you to continue the good work that you are doing. It is so encouraging to see young adults doing the Lord’s will. I am also praying for a safe trip home.

  2. Keep up the great work for Christ. 🙂 We carry each of you in our heart and in our thoughts. Fight the spiritual battles with the sword, and hold each other’s arms up just as Aaron and Hur did for Moses in the battle aganst Amalek. Hold them up until you prevail! We are praying for your health, strength, and endurance. -so proud of our team!!

  3. Hope the team is doing well and fighting off the stomach bugs. We pray that everyone stays healthy and stays safe. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of the hard work you all have been doing. We are all so proud of the team efforts and the lives your touching. Love you Sawyer!

  4. You guys are doing great! We are praying for you! Love you, Aubrey!
