Hola! We have made it through Boot Camp and arrived in Honduras. Travel was nice and smooth with no complications. All of our bags have made it and everyone is excited about our time in Honduras. The team has been working hard on their songs, puppets, and dramas for our first ministry tomorrow. As I write, I hear them singing a version of Amazing Grace called “Fill Up My Cup”. They are extremely talented and sound great together. I also hear the rain coming down on the roof tops. The rain has proven itself to be consistent and has showed up to greet us around 6 PM both nights we have been here.Honduras is a beautiful country. On our drive to the base, the kids were taking many pictures and asking a lot about the different vegetation. Tomorrow we leave the base at 8:30 for ministry till 5 PM. We are going two different places to play soccer, teach phonics, and share the gospel through songs and other evangelism tools they learned at Boot Camp. Please pray that they would have boldness in sharing Jesus in their actions and words tomorrow.I look forward to writing to you soon about what they have done. Everyone of your children will be sharing their experiences throughout the summer. Thank you parents for allowing your children to experience missions with us. You have fantastic kids and I wouldn’t trade any of them. They are respectful and obedient and rarely have I had to implement discipline to correct wrong behavior. I am really excited for this team and their ministry here in Honduras. To God be the glory!
