The Dominican Republic Team Is Starting Their Project

So today we started on our work projects which is pouring sidewalks. I have just found out that there is a tropical storm heading our way and I know that there are going to be worried parents but I want to say that we are all alright and we are actually staying in dorms because they have extra rooms for us. I will send you another email after the storm has hit to tell everyone that we are ok. The missionaries here have told us that it is going to be heavy rain and that everything should be fine. The kids love it here and they are enjoying eating the fruit and experiencing a lot of different settings here in the Dominican Republic. Everything is going to be ok and I will send another email as soon as the storm is passed.

*We have received an email from the missionary and the team should be fine. The storm has now been downgraded to a Tropical Storm. They are expecting winds up to 35 MPH.

  2. Thank you! I’m so glad y’all are getting to stay in the dorms. Love you, Chan.
