Uganda Undaunted

On Saturday, December 14th we had our BMW Graduation service and it was well attended. We also had one person who was a representative from government who was chairman of Nakabango village and he is a friend of Teen Missions. Here is the testimony of John Oma Martin who is our BMW. student: John Oma Martin went to school and studied up to primary two Oma John Martin(second grade in short Grade two). When he went to Boot Camp in 2010 to 2011 as a team member, he was not understanding anything but he kept going for Boot Camp until he started to learn some English. John Martin got his first certificate in Boot Camp, he learnt how to read and write in Boot Camp, He learnt how to speak English in Boot Camp. The challenge came when he applied for BMW because he was not able to read and write properly. In May 2012 he was accepted as a student at the Uganda BMW. The first term he struggled a lot but he was catching up slowly and he was willing to learn. At this time, he is able to read and write and communicate in English very well.

The Boot Camp is running at this time with 58 leaders and 172 team members. They have had 91 decisions for Christ so far!
