Madagascar Work — Teen Trip

First  Boot Camp — June 6—July 26Madagascar

Providing shelter for the Motorcycle Sunday School Mission Circuit Riders will be your project this summer. After completing your training at the Lord’s Boot Camp, you will bus to the Orlando International Airport to board a flight to Antananarivo, Madagascar via Miami, London, England and Nairobi, Kenya. From Antananarivo, you will bus 16 hours to the Teen Missions in Madagascar base in Mahajanga near Coco Beach on the coast of the Indian Ocean. The team will build small bunk houses for the Circuit Riders in a couple of villages. You will also have the opportunity to teach Sunday school lessons, phonics classes, Bible memory quizzing, crafts, balloon art and play lots of games with the children. Housing will be in tents; bathing and laundry will be done using buckets. A day at Coco Beach will give you an opportunity to enjoy a day of fun before returning home.  You may have opportunities to purchase different kinds of native handiwork such as wood carvings, baskets, textile work and drums as souvenirs of your summer.

Project Expense: $4990 U.S. plus $30 Registration Fee
