A Report From The St. Lucia Team

image2Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Things are really starting to speed up as we approach the end of our stay here in St Lucia. We have finally finished digging the trenches and are now steel tying for columns and footers.
Today the team did a presentation at a preschool for 2 to 4 year olds. The little children enjoyed the puppets especially and loved the wordless bracelets that we passed out to them.
On the worksite the team is enjoying the fun of demolishing old walls to clear the way for a parking lot. With only a week left, we may not be able to see any walls go up in this church, but we were able to tackle the most difficult parts of the foundation. We can’t believe that the summer is almost over! The team looks forward to what lies ahead and what God is going to do with our lives.

Alex Kupyna: Hi everyone! I am doing fantastic, but I’m still super excited to go home. I think I’ve grown a lot, both physically and spiritually. I’ve made so many friends, and I love St Lucia, but I can’t wait to get to Debrief and go home.

Caitie Mullarkey: My time here in St Lucia has been such a rewarding, fulfilling experience. I’ve learned to depend on God fully and He has not let me down. I’ve made lasting friendships and memories that I am excited to share. I hope to impact the lives of the people here as they have a reserved spot in my heart now. Things are great!

Kyle Black:  image3 image4Food is great. Life here is pretty fun here on the construction site. People are decent. Work is hard. Basic TMI Mission I guess.
