  1. If it’s not to late to register, is there still spots left for girls? If not this trip, which trips ARE open for girls?

  2. So I was looking at cameras for the trip and I noticed that gopro’s are just about the same price as a camera would be and I was wondering if I was able to bring one.

    • Micah, Yes, you can bring a GoPro, but you can get a decent digital camera for less than $100. A GoPro is really not needed on your team. What video you want could be taken from a cheaper digital camera.

  3. Hello! I know that boot camp is two weeks long and debrief is one week long, but how long will you actually be in Zambia on this trip?

    • Elizabeth, You will be there about 3 1/2 – 4 weeks, depending on travel. You will get the schedule next month in your Individual Team Fact Sheet.

  4. My daughter is on this team and we were wondering if there is a need for eyeglasses. If so we have been given a few pairs.

  7. I have requested to sign up for this trip and feel very called to go on it, however I feel somewhat nervous about the transportation to and from Africa. Is it going to be safe? Also will living conditions be safe/will we be with leaders the whole time? Thank you

    • Faith, We do everything in our power to make it “safe” for you. The safest place to be is in the center of God’s will. Yes, the leaders will be there the whole time.

  8. Is this team open for girls still?

  9. For people flying to Florida, do we fly to Orland international airport and meet everyone there?
