Dear Family and Friends
Compliments of the season to you all. We thank God for seeing us through from 2015 into 2016. We thank God for His love and mercies which endure forever.
Last year was great as God made it possible for us to travel to the USA as a family for my mom and dad’s 70th birthday celebration and also their 50th wedding anniversary. While in the States, we were able to spend one month serving during second Boot Camp and as a part of summer staff with Teen Missions at the head office. I did different jobs around the property while my wife got the opportunity to teach puppets to the Preteens. The children had fun in Munchkin Missions where they got play in the pool and be with other children their age. I really enjoyed visiting with all the volunteers who work in the kitchen. It was from there that I was encouraged to go to Africa and serve God ten years ago.
I thank God for our family and friends—you all have been an encouragement to us this year. Thank you for your prayers and financial support. We want to thank God for raising faithful partners and supporters like you. We pray that God will bless you and keep you, may He continue to shine His face on you.
We arrived back in Zambia in September and have been busy since our arrival. We have just finished with Boot Camp, which began in early December. During Boot Camp I was busy working with the leaders that went to Solwize for camp. There are three camps that take place in December: one in Mansa, one in Solwize and one in Ndola. We did not have a team this year because of all the driving that I was required to do. My wife was able to teach puppets for the Ndola camp. Praise the Lord that all went well.
On the 25th of December we hosted a group of Australian young people that did a project in Lufy. It was a joy to have them here and they were able to finish their project.
This year has began well for us and we look forward to see and do what God has in store for us. Indeed He is a faithful God. Dorah is helping to teach in the Bible school this term. She is excited about it and is enjoying the students.
1. Good health upon us.
3. Protection and safety
4. Grace for my wife to teach.
5. God’s love to flow through us.
Yours in Christ,
Robert, Dorah, Esther and Ethan
