  1. My daughter is going on the Nepal trip and I was wondering the name of the orphanage they will be working at while she is in the country.

  2. pfaw_is_bizarre

The material says not to bring any reading material, yet the trip news/Nepal booklet says to be sure to have something to read on the 12+ hour plane and bus trips. What is the real story here? Can the kids really not have something to read on the plane?

    • Pfwa, We do not allow any outside reading material. We do have a library that you can access. Most of the team members spend the time in the airplane and on the buses either sleeping or spending time talking with the other team members and passengers. I just checked the Individual Team Fact Sheet and nothing is said about bringing reading material.

Hi again – we will be dropping our child off directly at Camp on Saturday the 17th. One booklet says be there by 11 am, yet airline arriving passengers have until 2 pm to arrive in Orlando. Is the personal drop off window still 8 – 11 am?

        • Pfwa, It is best to arrive by 11 to get them through the line before lunch. If you can’t, you can arrive up until 2, but please avoid 12 noon as that is lunch and we shut down the registration line for 1 – 1 1/2 hours.

      • pfaw_is_bizarre

Thanks for the clarification. We will plan accordingly!

  3. Hi – I was wondering – do the teens go on the same kinds of trips each year? Like do you go to Nepal each year, or do you do different countries?
