Forest Angels Fuel Their Faith in Ocala National Forest

God bringing us home safely from Ocala this afternoon. Praise the Lord for a good trip home.

The day was clear and the roads were good as we made our way back to TMI. The bus arrived on time, and after an hour and a half of loading the bus and cleaning the campground, we were on our way.

The caretaker of the campground said he appreciated our group taking care of the facilities and participating in cleaning the grounds. An opportunity for the team to see that evangelizing isn’t just in words, but in deeds as well.

Time in the bus was spent by many working on their memory verses in light of this afternoon’s verse review.

Many enjoyed McDonald’s on the way home, and commented on how much they appreciate the good food we are served by our team leaders and members.

Kayla- “We have devotions, Bible study, and library reading [heroes/heroines of the faith] everyday. During devotions we have to read the Bible for 30 minutes. I’ve learned that devotions isn’t boring, as long as you are reading something interesting. We also do prayer closet. How you do prayer closet is you spend an hour praying about certain things, then you can add your own prayer request. God has been teaching me gratefulness, skills, and how to make new friends.”
