Uganda returns to Bugoi to wash feet

Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ Amen!  We are so thankful to the Lord for His grace and mercy upon us to enable us to accomplished great work in Koboko with amazing team members and leaders, washing four hundred children’s feet and giving them first aid plus bonding their wounds, and sharing the love of God with them.

We look forward to traveling a short distance to the next Rescue Unit which is called “Tell The Truth” and to meet hundreds of Orphans and needy children in that village and how we can be a blessing to them both physically and spiritually too.

We have been now in Uganda for twenty days. It is our first day in Bugoi and it is very beautiful to be here and experience the joy of the Lord with the orphans. We are going to give them new and used shoes; I can’t wait to see the smile on their faces. I have been learning so much about my walk with God and I can’t wait to learn more.  May W.

Yoga! Jambo! Hello! We finally made safe in Bugoi and it is so much more beautiful than Ii expected. Pretty weather and slight breezes enjoying minute here in Bugoi at Telling The Truth rescue unit. Yesterday was our first day in Bugoi. We took a walk down to the lake and through the small hut village so in awe of God’s creation here. Don’t think I’m gonna be able to leave such a peaceful place. Enjoying every minute of foot washing. Lot of stories to tell when we get back, so thankful for such a bomb team gonna miss these guys and see you guys in twenty days.  Audrey F.

Bugoi is a beautiful place, but I just witnessed the most beautiful thing about it. We did foot washing season and during that time we treated a boy whose aunty had been horribly wounded. They were cut down to tidy bone and deeply infected him with deep wound on his leg and we treated him, he don’t even cry. He fought through the pain, it was an awfully but awesome thing to witness. God has blessed us especially in the suffering of those around us after all His light shine brightest in the darkness. Zuzu
