Uganda Drama

This team will journey to beautiful Uganda, the Pearl of Africa, a gem of beauty in and amongst its wild surroundings.


Dates: June 17 – August 4, 2017uganda

Teen Missions Trip (ages 13-19)

Travel:  After Commissioning you bus to the Orlando International Airport for a flight to Atlanta, Georgia, before boarding a flight across the Atlantic Ocean, the  British Isles and the English Channel, arriving in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. From Amsterdam, a connecting flight takes you across the Swiss and Italian Alps, the Mediterranean Sea and the Sahara Desert, before arriving at Entebbe International Airport, located on the Equator and the shore of Lake Victoria. It is a five-hour drive from the airport to the Teen Missions Bible, Missionary & Work Training Center in Jinja.

Ministry:  Your two-fold ministry will be to share in open-air meetings using the dramas and Bible stories learned at Boot Camp and you will enjoy playing games with the children. You will also assist with building projects at the base.

Adventure:  The source of the Nile River, a place that early missionary and explorer David Livingstone looked for all his life but never found, is located in Jinja! You will visit it and enjoy a cruise on Lake Victoria where you will see a variety of birds as well as monkeys. Try your hand at bartering for souvenir items such as wood or soapstone carvings, beadwork, colorful fabrics and drums.

Project Expense: $4490 U.S. plus $30 Registration Fee

    • Tamia, We provide prayer cards and letters for you to send out to help you raise your support. You can contact businesses, do a garage sale, spaghetti dinner, etc.

  5. This is so great, can our ministry also host the mission team in Mukono, East of Kampala?

  6. Will we be continually minstiring and building relationships with the same group of people, or will we be hopping from place to place?

  7. Do you know if there will be a Uganda Foot washing team this coming year?
