Overseas Mission update Zambia (Fall 2016)

On the 10th of July, we had a patient brought in by the name of Charity Mwanza and she had sores all over her body. The sores were infected, and it looked like it was fungal. I got an antiseptic soap and washed her, and then applied Calmospetine cream on the sores. We told her family to continue to bring her in for treatments. The girl is now doing very well, and there are only a few sores remaining. The family is grateful to Teen Missions for the help when no one else wanted to help her. We thank God for the support you give us in order for us to help the helpless. God bless you!

dsc03526On the 24th we received a woman from Chamakubi, which is around 20 miles away. She came to the Unit for help, because she had been suffering with a headache for over three years. She told us that it had gotten so bad that she was passing out from them. We shared the Word of God with her, and she prayed to receive Christ as her Lord and Savior. We gave her our phone number and assured her of our prayers. We also gave her medication to help with the headaches, but cautioned her not to believe that the medicine would heal her, but that God would. Two weeks later she called us to share that she was healed, and had not suffered from a headache since the day she received the Lord!
