Aronson, Emery & Linda

Meet the Aronsons

Emery and Linda Aronson both joined staff in the 1970’s as single people. Linda first joined in 1975 from upstate New York and Emery came from Texas in 1976. They married in 1981 and have two sons, Joseph and Matthew. Linda is a talented bookkeeper and has worked in the Finance Department since she joined staff over 30 years ago. Emery has experience with operating heavy equipment and is currently working in the Print Shop. He has also traveled thousands of miles on the road driving a Teen Missions bus and is a licensed CDL instructor for Teen Missions. Emery and Linda are long-term staff members; the founders are the only people who have been on staff longer. Each summer, Emery and Linda serve as part of Summer Staff, taking care of headquarter responsibilities while the teams are on the field. Linda also helps coordinate the Mustard Seed program for four to six year olds.

  • Aronson, Emery & Linda Newsletter (Winter 2015) February 6, 2015 IMG_1047 Greetings Friends and Family, Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I love all the things that go with it: lights, real trees, music, family get togethers and the faces of the grandkids when they see all the presents. But we know that the real reason for the season is Jesus. It is so sad to see so many people get caught up in the “things of Christmas” that they forget whose birthday it really is. Our Christmas celebration began ...

I can't wait! She and the rest of the kids are going to have fun with the "Kings and Queens" theme. We will have stories about different kings and queens in the Bible. • Aronson, Emery & Linda Newsletter (Winter 2014) January 30, 2014 100_5775Greetings!   Fall, what a great time for things to begin cooling down (well, not in Florida!), but we do start thinking about harvest time, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. This year we took our grandkids to celebrate Grandparents Day at mom’s place. They had animals from a farm: a pig, rabbits, chickens, a goat, and a pony. Ava was very excited when she got to ride on the pony. Aiden was a bit scared so he would not ride, but we got him ...
  • Aronson, Emery & Linda (Fall 2013) October 14, 2013 5a Is it really fall again already? Seems to me that every year passes a little more quickly. Do any of you find that true in your lives? It is our hope and prayer that this finds you well and that God is blessing you in every way possible.   Another busy summer is now behind us. Once again, I (Linda) was very involved in the Mustard Seed ministry. One sad occurance this year is that one of the children got sick and ...
  • Aronson, Emery & Linda (Spring 2013) May 1, 2013 Aronson 2013   Greetings, We have about 671 registered for this year. The teens are sending in their money. Please pray for those who are still lacking funds and are not sure where it will come from. God uses this time to test the team members’ faith, as well as their parents’, so they can see how God will work His miracles starting with support and getting the other supplies that are needed. God is in control! Emery has been working on the new driveway ...
