Serving the Lord with Teen Missions in Cameroon
Meet the Fons
Vitalis Fon of Nsongwa village joined the staff of Teen Missions in Cameroon in November of 2005. Vitalis is a member of the royal palace in Nsongwa and has a heart for the village people. He remained a bachelor, turning down multiple offers waiting for a bride that would have his heart for missions. He often said he was called to be a missionary and would rather be alone in life then have a lady not interested in serving beside him with Teen Missions. In 2011 the Lord did provide a wonderful lady named Elizabeth, also from Nsongwa who had the same call and desire to serve alongside him in the ministry. They were blessed with Jireh, a son, on September 30, 2013. They are expecting their second child the spring of 2015. Vitalis coordinates the BMW school and the four AOSC Rescue Units. Elizabeth assists with the menus and cooking for the BMW and works in the gardens and office. They are both actively involved in an area church and have a wonderful testimony in the village that brings honor and glory to the Lord.
